What you will do

• Orchestrate strategic direction and priorities for a product portfolio or set of functionalities.
• Own the creation and execution of multi-year product roadmaps.
• Prioritize enhancements and customer requests using data-driven analysis and ROI modeling.
• Manage financial reporting, profitability, and pricing models for assigned modules.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate customer advisory meetings.
• Represent the company as an evangelist at internal and external events.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• 5+ years of specialized industry experience, specifically with ERP software.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic business capabilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
