Data and Impact Officer (Data Analytics)

TL;DR

Data and Impact Officer (Data Analytics): Supporting the Global Team on sustainable land-use programmes with an accent on Information Management Systems and data-driven result verification. Focus on building PowerBI models, automating workflows, and coordinating global programme management activities.

Location: London or Bristol, UK. Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Hybrid: required to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Maintain and develop the Partnerships for Forests management system, including creating guidance and onboarding protocols.
• Build automation logic and PowerBI models to generate insights for the team and clients.
• Integrate AI tools for efficiency and analysis while developing best practice guidance.
• Coordinate high-level meetings for the Senior Management Team and Risk Committee, ensuring follow-up on all actions.
• Collate data for quarterly and annual reporting and contribute to technical client deliverables.
• Manage logistics and organization for key global events, including the Partner Forum and AGM.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, R, or Python.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically high-level Excel skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with FCDO-funded or other large-scale international development programmes.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience working with APIs to support data integration and process automation.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Educational background in Environmental Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or International Relations.
