What you will do

• Extract and analyze smart asset data using SQL, Python, and tools like Tableau, Kraken, and Databricks for root cause analysis of non-operating meters.
• Design, develop, and refine Power BI dashboards and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to reduce time to repair and maintain ≥94% operating meter performance.
• Validate business processes and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Ofgem and DESNZ requirements.
• Analyze customer behavior and contact drivers to optimize customer journeys and reduce reactive appointments.
• Support the implementation of AI and digital automation solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing complex SQL or Python queries for large dataset manipulation.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding complex smart metering systems.
• Ability to present evidence-based recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Competency in Microsoft tools and data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Must be based in Nottingham, UK to support hybrid office attendance.
