What you will do

• Conduct safety and non-safety certification inspections and quality system audits at client facilities.
• Analyze and evaluate examination and test results against applicable UL requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of manufacturers’ measuring equipment and review production records.
• Facilitate corrective actions when variations from safety requirements are identified.
• Communicate with manufacturers, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction to resolve compliance issues.
• Document examination results and maintain logs for scheduling, time, and expenses.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent technical certification in Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Moncton, NB.
• Ability to perform regular travel within the Atlantic Canada area.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with strong client-interfacing skills.
• Ability to work at heights.

Nice to have

• Experience in Field Engineering, Compliance, or Quality Engineering.
• ASQ certification.
• Knowledge of UL Standards, 508A, or Industrial Control Panels.
• French language proficiency.
• Lightning Protection experience.
