What you will do

• Lead the design and development of environmental and social impact assessment reports.
• Provide strategic direction for planning studies and permit applications.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technical teams to streamline regulatory processes.
• Engage and consult with First Nations, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the company and clients in regulatory meetings and workshops.
• Mentor junior and intermediate team members and conduct senior technical reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7–9 years of experience in environmental consulting or the A/E/C industry.
• Proven experience in building relationships with First Nations and government entities.
• Deep knowledge of impact assessment and licensing regimes in BC, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
