What you will do

• Plan and conduct recruitment visits to secondary schools and colleges internationally and locally.
• Deliver effective presentations and advising sessions to prospective students, families, and counselors.
• Evaluate student admissibility based on international credentials and provide guidance on admission requirements.
• Manage applicant data and recruitment activities using Salesforce CRM and Student Information Systems.
• Collaborate with faculty and student service units to support the transition of newly admitted international students.
• Prepare post-trip reports and market analysis to inform future recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel extensively internationally as required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Preference given to Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and perform in public-speaking roles.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a large public post-secondary institution.
• Knowledge of major international secondary educational systems (British, US, IB).
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Fluency in Spanish or an additional language.
