What you will do

• Collaborate with health economists and statisticians on methodologically innovative projects.
• Develop cost-effectiveness analyses (CEA) and budget impact analyses (BIA) to support HTA submissions and payer decisions.
• Program, parameterize, and validate economic models using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Conduct targeted literature reviews to identify and summarize model inputs and methodologies.
• Create client-ready deliverables, including model protocols, technical reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Communicate study results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada or the United States
• 2-4 years of professional experience in HEOR, ideally within consulting for pharma or biotech clients.
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• English: Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PhD in health services research or a related scientific field.
• Proficiency in R or R Shiny.
• A track record of relevant peer-reviewed publications.
