What you will do

• Lead and support research projects focused on clinical, economic, and business outcomes for telemedicine solutions.
• Design research methodologies and develop study protocols for quantitative and qualitative data collection.
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to translate complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams to measure enterprise-level outcomes.
• Prepare and manage peer-reviewed scientific publications and white papers.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior research team members.

Requirements

• PhD (or equivalent research experience) in medicine, health economics, statistics, or data analytics.
• Proven record of peer-reviewed scientific publications.
• Experience designing and evaluating both quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex healthcare data from large datasets.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across technical, clinical, and business functions.
• Must be based in Ireland to align with local benefits and payroll.

• Experience in the digital health, telemedicine, or virtual care industry.
• Knowledge of Implementation Science methodologies such as NPT, CFIR, or EPIS.
