What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated evidence plans aligned with clinical, regulatory, and commercial priorities.
• Identify evidence gaps and translate them into executable research questions and analysis plans.
• Oversee the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams.
• Represent the company at scientific congresses and build relationships with academic institutions.
• Ensure adherence to publication standards, GPP, and ICMJE guidelines.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in medicine, science, public health, epidemiology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading evidence generation and publication strategies.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, real-world evidence, and biostatistics.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or liquid biopsy.
• Prior experience supporting diagnostic products through regulatory review and launch.
• Established relationships with investigators and professional societies.
• Prior people-management experience.
