What you will do

• Design and drive real world evidence studies including retrospective cohort analyses, claims-linked outcomes, and PRO studies.
• Develop study proposals and identify evidence opportunities across clinical and commercial portfolios.
• Collaborate with data science to structure analytic datasets from hirify.global member data and linked claims sources.
• Serve as the primary scientific contact for external research partners, customers, and academic collaborators.
• Transform research findings into payer briefs, white papers, and partner-facing evidence summaries.
• Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and present findings at professional conferences.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Outcomes, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in real world evidence research, preferably in wearables.
• Expertise in observational study design, causal inference, and claims-based research.
• Hands-on experience generating evidence from wearable or connected-device continuous physiological signals.
• Experience with EHR, registries, and data linkage platforms.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, VT, WV, WI).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) methods and economic modeling.
• Experience generating outcomes or ROI evidence for care-delivery or value-based care models.
