What you will do

• Act as the primary relationship manager and commercial lead for enterprise strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders across scientific and commercial functions.
• Lead post-contract partnership planning, including governance structures, success metrics, and communication frameworks.
• Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contracted work.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and grow partnership value through new use cases and services.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact strategic readouts to senior biopharma stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliance management, or strategic partnerships in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements with C-suite visibility.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, trial execution, and commercial launch strategies.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex scientific and technical concepts into executive-ready narratives.
• Must be based in Boston.
• Advanced technical degree (PhD, MD, Master's) in neuroscience/biomedical engineering or an MBA preferred.
