TL;DR

Digital Webflow Designer (Webflow): Designing and optimizing digital experiences across CSG platforms with an accent on scalable components, accessibility, and brand alignment. Focus on building interactive and gamified experiences within Webflow and evolving the central digital hub for colleagues.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in London, Osterley office). Candidates must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Webflow pages using CMS collections, components, and reusable structures.
• Develop and manage scalable component-based design systems and responsive layouts across all devices.
• Create interactive, gamified experiences, animations, and micro-interactions within Webflow.
• Optimize UX, navigation, layout, and platform performance using engagement data.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high quality and brand integrity.
• Support governance, publishing workflows, and cross-browser QA optimization.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building and managing sites in Webflow (CMS, collections, components).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and scalable build architectures.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS concepts.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience working on intranets or large-scale internal platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow interactions and animations.
• Familiarity with gamification principles and behavioral design.
• Understanding of analytics and performance optimization.
