What you will do

• Design production assets, infographics, logos, and digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize storytelling techniques and prototyping software to visualize outcomes and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team in an agile environment to define scope and priorities.
• Apply and contribute to a central digital Design System to balance content and UI elements.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience delivering experience-led brand digital journeys.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work pattern (minimum 40% office attendance).
• Strong understanding of and advocacy for accessibility standards.
