What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and qualification plans to ensure product testability.
• Conduct detailed failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for yield improvement.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance.
• Define and maintain quality standards, specifications, and release criteria throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design and validate complex test methods and automated testing solutions for production environments.
• Perform circuit characterization and statistical evaluation to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science, or a related STEM field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, TX at least 4 days per week.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle processes.
• Ability to perform failure analysis and debug analog, RF, and digital integrated circuits.
• Experience with control plans, FMEA documentation, and risk assessment strategies.
