Location: Hybrid (expectation of at least 3 days in office) in Cadishead or Widnes, UK

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments of chemical products to international destinations.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation and customs declarations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with national and international customs and dangerous goods regulations (ADR/IMDG/IATA/RID).
• Support audits and controls within an AEO-certified framework.
• Procure ocean and air freight rates from designated carrier partners.

Requirements

• Experience working in an international trade department or freight forwarding background.
• English language proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cadishead or Widnes, UK (Hybrid).
• Ability to work effectively with Sales, Account Management, Production, and Operations teams.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Degree or vocational qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
• Dangerous Goods training (ADR, IMDG, IATA).
• Customs or trade qualification.
• Additional language skills.
