What you will do

• Perform ship's agency operations duties within a port environment.
• Communicate with customers, vessels, and port authorities to coordinate services.
• Prepare and maintain essential cargo and vessel documentation.
• Provide operational cover for other UK-based offices as required.
• Handle duties outside of standard office hours on a rota basis.

Requirements

• Current, clean, UK valid driving licence.
• Experience in ships agency or port operations is preferable.
• Prior exposure to shipping operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to undertake regular out-of-hours attendances.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
