What you will do

• Monitor automated loading operations using CCTV and system controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the loading of automated double-deck trailers and manage system alerts.
• Maintain strict temperature control requirements throughout the loading process.
• Coordinate production volumes and loading activities with factory and transport teams.
• Perform routine housekeeping and basic maintenance to ensure facility safety and effectiveness.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to maintain high performance standards.

Requirements

• Strong IT skills and a genuine interest in automated systems and technology.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and reliably on a customer site.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights).
