What you will do

• Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families via in-person or virtual sessions.
• Manage caseloads covering mild to severe mental health needs using treatments like ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT.
• Handle clinical crises and risk management as needed.
• Utilize Lyra's matching technology for compatible clients and integrate with provider platform for scheduling and billing.
• Participate in clinical consultations and access training resources.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license without disciplinary action
• Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices like measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care with strong preference for in-person; must have office space in Washington area
• Full-time US resident
• Experience managing risk and clinical crises.
