What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments of chemical products to international destinations.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export and customs documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations and AEO-certified framework requirements.
• Manage Dangerous Goods requirements (ADR/IMDG/IATA/RID) in collaboration with EHS teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization within export operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Cadishead or Widnes, UK.
• Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Experience working in an international trade department or freight forwarding background.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and export documentation.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
• English proficiency required.

• Degree or vocational qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
• Dangerous Goods training (ADR, IMDG, IATA).
• Customs or trade-specific qualifications.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
