What you will do

• Maintain 100% stock accuracy through rigorous cycle counts and WMS data management.
• Oversee inbound shipment inspections and ensure flawless, on-time outbound dispatch.
• Lead physical warehouse operations, including kitting, packing, and layout optimization.
• Manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
• Generate performance reports on inventory turnover, valuation, and operational bottlenecks.
• Support the transition to and management of 3PL partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management and WMS software navigation.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to perform physical tasks on the warehouse floor.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding serial numbers, parts, and inventory counts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
