What you will do

• Drive and manage internal control and SOx compliancy for Finance Operations related cycles.
• Implement effective controls to mitigate identified financial reporting risks.
• Identify and ensure the timely resolution of internal control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT experts, Finance professionals, and key stakeholders to maintain the control framework.
• Define and lead projects that impact internal control and corporate governance.
• Train personnel on Internal Control System (ICS) and SOx requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree (completed RA or RO or equivalent).
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance or auditing.
• Professional experience in internal control or internal audit within an international environment or audit firms.
• Strong expertise in COSO and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• Proven experience in defining and executing an internal control framework.
• Must be based in or able to work in Veldhoven, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
