What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise on client tax domains includhirify.global FATCA/CRS, US Withholdhirify.global, DAC6, and CESOP.
• Translate complex tax regulations and policies into operational guidance, standards, and process instructions.
• Support consistent implementation across global countries by assisthirify.global with complex cases and interpretation questions.
• Identify and escalate execution risks, gaps, and inconsistencies to the CoE & Oversight Lead.
• Contribute to governance, audit follow-up, issue remediation, and knowledge sharhirify.global within the global CTS community.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• University or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as tax, regulation, or finance.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in client tax, financial regulation, compliance, or risk management.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement complex tax and regulatory requirements in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process design, standardization, and control embeddhirify.global.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and balance interests across multiple stakeholders.
