Procurement Excellence Intern (Supply Chain)

Procurement Excellence Intern (Supply Chain): Optimization and transformation of global Source-to-Pay processes and systems with an accent on process improvement and digital transformation. Focus on analyzing process data, improving user experiences across platforms, and implementing automation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (2-3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Support StP processes, systems, and procurement tools such as S4Hana, Ariba, and Archlet
• Assist with system testing, issue resolution, and user support
• Maintain process documentation and create training frameworks
• Analyze process data to create reports and dashboards
• Contribute to automation, building agents, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support digital transformation projects within the Procurement department

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Engineering
• Must be registered as a student during the entire internship period
• Non-EU students are required to fill in a NUFFIC agreement signed by the student and university
• Fluent English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Power BI, or automation tools
