Procurement Intern (Babyfood)

TL;DR

Procurement Intern (Babyfood): Supporting the global sourcing of First Diet ingredients with an accent on project management, contract review, and risk mitigation. Focus on driving cost efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence within a fast-paced multinational environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hoofddorp, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

Salary: €650 per month.

What you will do

• Support buyers with tenders and sourcing new suppliers for fruit, vegetables, and cereals.
• Assist in project management tasks including securization, savings, and sustainability initiatives.
• Mitigate out-of-stock risks and manage operational contract reviews and modifications.
• Coordinate legal risk assessments and ensure proper documentation and contract signatures.
• Update internal tools for business continuity planning and monitor material risk categorization.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelor/Master student in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• EU citizen or non-EU citizen studying at a Dutch university (with a 3-party internship agreement).
• Available from August 2026 for at least 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work from the Hoofddorp office at least 2-3 days per week.
