What you will do
- Manage inbound cases and queues related to data issues, property onboarding, and compliance support.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve data defects within agreed service levels.
- Maintain property and partner data in internal systems following documented change controls.
- Perform data validations and quality checks to ensure consistency and correct downstream behavior.
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational rules and data flags for system implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate workflow failures and provide impact details for resolution.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and experience working with structured data and process-driven tasks.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, QueryBook, or Tableau.
- Experience using case management tools like Salesforce or Jira.
- Ability to interpret regulatory policies and translate them into practical operational checks.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting fixes and outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in operations, technical support, or back-office data-focused roles.
- Familiarity with travel, lodging, marketplace, or partner-support processes.
