Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Salary: MYR 3,000 - 3,200 per month

What you will do

• Reformat retailer and vendor input files, perform validations, and conduct outlier checks.
• Act as the primary contact for sales and store trend queries, coordinating resolutions across various teams.
• Plan and execute daily workloads to meet strict departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze gaps in the reformatting environment (CIP) to improve tools and process convergence.
• Provide feedback to country teams to drive the use of SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in operational areas.
• Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, charts, spreadsheets, and tables) is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for operational processes.
• Must be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
