What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency across business domains.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Scientists to automate reporting and optimize pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members in data modeling, visualization, and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, or Holistics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Previous experience working within an eCommerce environment.
