Location: Hybrid (2 days in office), based in Lexington, MA

Salary: $84,000−$126,000

What you will do

• Own engagement, adoption, and time-to-value for a named MSP partner base.
• Optimize multi-tenant console workflows and automation to enable partners to scale efficiently.
• Advance partner adoption of Email Threat Protection, Human Risk Management, and DMARC Analyzer.
• Track technical and value health scores and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for executives.
• Translate complex security architecture into business-level value conversations for partner leadership.
• Act as the voice of partners internally by sharing feedback with Product and coordinating escalations.

Requirements

• Experience independently managing a portfolio of partner, channel, or customer relationships in a security SaaS organization.
• Knowledge of email security architectures (SEG, M365 Defender, DMARC/DKIM/SPF).
• Familiarity with IAM (Okta, Azure AD) and how email security integrates into SOC/SIEM/SOAR workflows.
• Ability to work with multi-tenant consoles and interpret API logs/integrations.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Lexington, MA for a hybrid schedule.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, or comparable platforms.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like FINRA, HIPAA, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
