What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CAB program, including charter, membership, meeting cadence, and action-item follow-through.
- Design strategic meeting agendas in partnership with Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CAB members and their executive assistants.
- Synthesize customer feedback and route it to internal owners to shape the product roadmap.
- Report on program health, engagement metrics, and KPIs to Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify top customer voices and champion their success stories.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, specifically in customer marketing or executive-level program management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the maturity to interface directly with C-suite executives.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and cultivate critical customer relationships.
- Analytical proficiency in tracking and reporting on program KPIs.
