What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end CAB program, including charter, membership, meeting cadence, and action-item follow-through.
  • Design strategic meeting agendas in partnership with Product Management and Product Marketing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CAB members and their executive assistants.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and route it to internal owners to shape the product roadmap.
  • Report on program health, engagement metrics, and KPIs to Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify top customer voices and champion their success stories.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, specifically in customer marketing or executive-level program management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the maturity to interface directly with C-suite executives.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and cultivate critical customer relationships.
  • Analytical proficiency in tracking and reporting on program KPIs.
