Salary: $119,000–$126,000 annually.

What you will do

• Leverage sales reporting infrastructure to extract insights on key partners and market opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and track performance outcomes.
• Craft and deliver regular business reviews (QBRs) to provide visibility into business health.
• Execute and optimize core operational activities including sales forecasting, planning, and quota administration.
• Develop narratives around total addressable market and advertiser investment trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement new reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably in the media industry.
• Direct experience partnering with sales teams and supporting executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel capabilities including scenario modeling and macros.
• Working experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of data hierarchies, business metrics, and KPIs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office Monday–Thursday.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the advertising landscape or Connected TV (CTV) space.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, agents, or automation to improve workflows.
