Head of Client Reporting, Americas

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead client and product reporting across the Americas, including factsheets, regulatory reporting, and customized client solutions.
• Define and execute a reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting with strong governance, risk, and control standards.
• Modernize reporting platforms through automation, digital solutions, analytics, data visualization, and enhanced data capabilities.
• Build senior relationships with clients, consultants, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead scalable operating models and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and support growth.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in client reporting, product reporting, investment operations, or information management within asset management or financial services.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, institutional and retail distribution models, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Expertise in reporting platforms, data management, analytics, digital reporting solutions, and end-to-end reporting processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
