Head Of Client Reporting (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role follows a hybrid model requiring four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead all client and product reporting activities, including factsheets and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and execute a reporting strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance reporting scalability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia and able to work from the office four days per week.
• Extensive experience in client and product reporting within asset management or financial services.
• Proven success leading large teams and driving transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, data management, and reporting platforms.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and institutional clients.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
