Salary: €53,400 - €65,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Support partner selection and own relationships with new partners and payment schemes.
• Lead payment scheme implementation projects, onboarding, and adherence processes.
• Partner with payments engineering and EU product teams to build and launch new payment systems.
• Develop and scale back-office processes to manage EU payment systems.
• Identify and prioritize issues to drive continuous improvement for customers post-launch.
• Establish performance management processes for partners and internal operations.

Requirements

• Experience with payment systems and schemes, specifically within Spain.
• Familiarity with European banking payment regulations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex operational systems.
• Strong experience managing supplier relationships and SLAs.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and handle technical system details.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
