• Analyze sales, campaign, and stock data to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
• Design a scalable operating model to support expansion into new markets and channels.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to eliminate growth bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce or high-growth startups.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data and spreadsheets.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
