Data Transformation Program Manager

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or another European Union country. Working from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.

What you will do

• Lead data transformation engagements from kickoff through assessment, scope definition, delivery, operationalisation, and handover.
• Align business and technology stakeholders on data platform adoption, operating models, data ownership, stewardship, and data quality.
• Validate business readiness, including sponsor commitment, subject-matter expert availability, source access, decision-making authority, and remediation ownership.
• Act as the primary interface for business sponsors, senior data stakeholders, programme teams, and technology teams.
• Coordinate Data Architects, Platform Engineers, Data Quality and Analytics specialists, and knowledge management roles.
• Own risks, issues, decision logs, escalation flows, and formal client checkpoints.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, data, platform, or digital transformation delivery.
• At least 5 years in senior delivery, programme leadership, engagement leadership, data practice leadership, or related pre-sales roles.
• Experience with data platform, data governance, or data transformation initiatives, including data quality remediation, data stewardship models, canonical models, or modern data platform adoption.
• Practical understanding of operating models, data stewardship, data quality, source ownership, lineage, integration, and platform adoption.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, structured delivery governance, and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Fluent, high-impact English and the right to work in the European Union are required.

• Portuguese, French, or Spanish, depending on the region.
