Senior Product Manager - Auto (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom; office attendance required 2–3 days per week. Working from abroad is available for up to 120 days per year, subject to the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Own the Automotive product roadmap and balance growth, margin, loss rates, customer outcomes, and partner needs.
• Work with Sales and Credit Risk on dealer strategy, rate cards, decisioning, and sustainable commercial growth.
• Meet dealers, brokers, and intermediaries to identify friction and convert insights into product decisions.
• Use raw data to investigate performance, test hypotheses, and build commercial models and business cases.
• Partner with Technology to define, prioritise, and deliver product change.
• Improve operational journeys while reducing avoidable costs, friction, and complaints.

Requirements

• Experience owning commercial outcomes in product, lending, or another regulated environment.
• Ability to balance volume, profit margin, cost, loss rates, and customer outcomes.
• Experience conducting basic data analysis and using evidence to make recommendations.
• Experience delivering technology change through cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritisation, stakeholder influence, written communication, and customer or partner discovery skills.
• Comfort working with Risk, Compliance, or Legal in a regulated industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products, product scaling, or motor finance.
• Working knowledge of SQL or another programming language used for data analysis.
• Experience with risk-based pricing, rate cards, commission structures, or third-party management.
• Experience developing people or managing a junior colleague.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and self-serve BI tools.
