What you will do

• Process and audit carrier freight bills for accuracy in accordance with contracts.
• Investigate billing issues and resolve root causes of audit failures.
• Analyze LTL and Truckload carrier pricing, tariffs, and accessorial charges.
• Manage carrier payables and ensure all invoices are processed and paid within 90 days.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate customer billing and timely carrier payments.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience with OTM, Mercury Gate, Excel, Zendesk, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of the LTL and Truckload transportation industry.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable processing.
