What you will do

• Utilize pricing tools to provide competitive quotes to customers.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to formulate rate proposals.
• Develop and maintain lane-level cost models including border fees and fuel surcharges.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer and carrier success.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities through network consolidation and routing optimization.
• Support internal reporting on win/loss analysis and bid success rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico
• Knowledge of Mexico-U.S. transportation dynamics and customs processes.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple bid deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.
• Experience with bid management software like Coupa or Jaggaer.
