What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end movement of Ocean (LCL/FCL), Air, and Cross-border trucking shipments.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics with steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal and drayage vendors.
• Manage the client experience by solving issues quickly and ensuring smooth origin and destination operations.
• Ensure all deliverables satisfy internal KPIs, SLAs, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Handle quoting and invoicing for client shipments with responsibility for their P&L.
• Prepare and participate in QBR and MBR presentations and lead client operational calls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A compliance-first attitude to operate within a heavily regulated industry.
