Channel Associate (SaaS)

TL;DR

Channel Associate (SaaS): Developing qualified pipeline from partner-sourced accounts with an accent on outbound sequencing, discovery calls, and ERP ecosystem analysis. Focus on identifying gaps in partner core modules and handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Oakville, ON office)

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + variable component

What you will do

• Prospect into partner customer portfolios using BDR tactics, including outbound sequencing and discovery framing.
• Analyze partner account bases to identify customers whose pain points align with Euna's solutions.
• Act as a primary resource for partners to help them spot and position Euna fit within their own accounts.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospect pain, timing, and fit.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clean context and stakeholder data.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and source attribution in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or partner-facing prospecting role.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Oakville, ON (3 days/week).
• Experience or fluency with ERP ecosystems and modular expansion opportunities.
• Strong discovery instincts and discipline with CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborative, low-ego style focused on supporting partners and AEs.
