What you will do

• Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payroll for assigned client groups.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely service delivery.
• Import and audit time files, and manage payrate or status changes.
• Research and resolve client and system-related payroll issues.
• Generate and distribute client-specific payroll reports and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish efficiencies and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience providing multi-state payroll services for large client groups.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal wage, hour, and tax laws.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Specialist II role or equivalent mastery.
• Proficiency in payroll systems (PrismHR or iSolved preferred).
