What you will do

• Lead successful client implementations from initial discovery through go-live and handover.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Coordinate technical integrations, onboarding, testing, and go-live activities.
• Gather business and technical requirements to create tailored implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and commercial teams to ensure delivery success.
• Improve implementation processes, documentation, and best-practice across the business.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in implementation, onboarding, or client delivery.
• Understanding of API integrations, system connectivity, and software implementation methodologies.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
