What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for ERP applications and related technology stacks.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to enforce architectural vision and security standards.
• Lead code and design reviews, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-ready IT services.
• Manage 3rd party vendor relationships to validate technical feasibility and drive performance metrics.
• Oversee operational processes including crisis management, change management, and capacity planning.
• Develop technology strategy and roadmaps, including the evaluation of emerging technologies through PoCs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle (or 12-15 years without a degree).
• Expertise in at least one major technology stack (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, multi-tiered application troubleshooting, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven leadership ability in facilitating technical resolutions and mentoring team members.
