What you will do

• Work with internal and customer teams to implement FeneVision products successfully
• Provide support and guidance to help customers get value from products quickly
• Test configurations and solutions to meet customer requirements
• Manage task assignments and update client-facing documentation like meeting minutes
• Support knowledge transfer within teams
• Build long-term client relationships; travel required

Requirements

• Configure and customize software applications for customer needs
• Develop VBScript logic, UI customizations, automation, and integration scripts
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data scripts
• Assist in data modeling, mapping, and database updates
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent; knowledge of fenestration manufacturing/ERP implementation
• 2-3 years software implementation experience
• Fluent German
