What you will do

• Conduct market pricing analyses using industry-standard survey data.
• Analyze salary structures, pay equity, and geographic differentials to ensure competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, bonuses, and equity programs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools for workforce insights.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and organizational changes.
• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline compensation processes and data integrity.

Requirements

• Must be local to North Reading, MA; no relocation provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and automation.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business guidance.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of pay transparency and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting job architecture and leveling frameworks.
