What you will do

• Define and implement reference agent architectures, design patterns, and best practices for agent-based solutions.
• Develop complex AI agents primarily using Python, integrating them with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AI/ML Ops infrastructure and workflows across public cloud environments.
• Evaluate emerging agent frameworks, model capabilities, and research trends to guide strategic adoption.
• Conduct functional, safety, and regression testing of AI agents using human feedback loops and automated metrics.
• Acquire datasets via SQL and REST API interfaces and develop MCP Server protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems (Master's in AI highly desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI agent design and development on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Expertise in Python, Bash, YAML, JSON, and AI agent development frameworks (e.g., Google Agent Development Kit).
• Proficiency with AI/ML tools such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure ML and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab CI/CD, Flux, Argo), infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).

Nice to have

• Exposure to Graph databases.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of data management, model versioning, and experiment tracking methods.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in AI/ML environments.
