What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows directly inside client systems.
• Write production-quality code to move solutions from pilot to scaled deployment.
• Integrate AI tooling with existing enterprise data platforms and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end, including testing, iteration, and hand-off to client teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans in partnership with AI Transformation Managers.
• Build reusable technical accelerators, code libraries, and reference architectures for the practice.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience building and shipping software or AI/ML solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems or industrial/OT environments.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Calgary or Edmonton.

Nice to have

• Experience serving clients in Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing technical delivery role.
• Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices such as CI/CD and model evaluation.
