What you will do
- Shape the product roadmap for the HeroCare area, translating business needs and technical constraints into clear priorities.
- Streamline the end-to-end service ticketing lifecycle to improve overall agent productivity.
- Develop real-time monitoring tools to help supervisors optimize workforce efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable and robust solutions.
- Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, and measure impact on key metrics.
- Align and influence multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- Around 5 or more years of experience in a cross-functional product management setup with a history of delivering results.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to prioritize work and measure impact.
- Strong experience leading agile teams and converting epics into structured user stories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid)

- Prior experience in customer service, support operations, or contact center technology.
