What you will do

• Own full-stack features end-to-end, from API design through to polished, accessible UI.
• Lead decisions on frontend architecture, component patterns, state management, and performance.
• Establish and champion a rigorous testing culture for frontend and account-management code.
• Build and maintain scalable Python APIs and collaborate on GCP infrastructure.
• Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) daily for prompting and refining code.
• Participate in a low-volume L3 on-call rotation for critical escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Substantial professional full-stack experience with a demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem with a strong sense of UI craft.
• Proficiency in Python or a strong ability to become productive in it quickly.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and REST/GraphQL API design.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on GCP or another major cloud platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, or shadcn/ui.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) into production applications.
• Background in design systems, component libraries, or computer graphics.
• Basic DevOps and CI pipeline literacy.
