What you will do

• Capture detailed technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
• Manage the technical direction and validation processes for new developments and in-life products.
• Drive consistency in architecture and technical processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Facilitate strong customer relationships by providing specialist service design expertise.
• Resolve complex solution and service issues, leading root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge on emerging trends in solution design.

Requirements

• Eligibility for UKSV Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fixed voice telecommunications (PBX, VoIP, SIP) and video conferencing.
• Experience with enterprise mobility (4-5G, EMM, MDM) and PaaS/SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and commissioning complex unified communication technologies using Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto products.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Current UKSV Developed Vetting clearance.
• Cisco CCNP Voice and Video Collaboration certification.
• Experience working within highly sensitive HM Government or MoD environments.
• Knowledge of Secure by Design (SbD) and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
