What you will do

• Lead discovery engagements and define architectural approaches for complex OT environments.
• Design end-to-end OT solutions aligned with operational requirements and safety considerations.
• Partner with commercial and delivery teams to support technical proposals and solution shaping.
• Oversee site surveys to understand OT systems, networks, and asset landscapes.
• Develop architectural roadmaps and governance models to support capability uplift.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to OT consultants and engineers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in OT, ICS, or industrial environments in an architectural or leadership capacity.
• Expertise in network architecture, asset discovery, or endpoint protection in operational environments.
• Proven ability to develop structured roadmaps and produce detailed technical reports.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity processes and tools within OT contexts.
• Confidence presenting complex technical concepts to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Previous consultancy experience in energy, oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, or utilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NESA, or OG86.
• Certifications including GICSP, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or CEH.
